親愛なるリルベアのみなさん、そして日本や世界中のバレーボールファンのみなさん、こんにちは！
東京グレートベアーズの第4シーズンへようこそ！
我々はコート上、そしてクラブや組織としても、一年一年着実に成長してきました。順位も（8位 → 7位 → 5位）とステップアップし、ファンの来場者数やクラブの基盤もシーズンごとに強くなっています。
その過程では常に学びがあります。昨シーズンも多くのことを学びました。今シーズンはその経験を糧に、これまで以上に強くなり、リーグの順位だけでなく、ファンのみなさんにより素晴らしいバレーボールショーをお届けしたいと思います。
我々のトレードマークは「プレーして楽しい、見て楽しい」バレーボールスタイルです。これを大切に守りつつ、日本のSVリーグで最も面白いチームであり続けたいと考えています。東京を拠点とする強豪として、究極のバレーボール体験を提供したいと考えています。勝つことはもちろん、バレーボールを通じて人生を存分に楽しむことも大切にしています。シーズンを通して、ファンのみなさんと共に喜びや悔しさを分かち合い、感情を共有していきたいと思います。
私たちは、新しいアイデアに常にオープンな姿勢で挑む組織であり、クラブであり、チームであることを目指しています。そうした姿勢こそが、コート上だけでなくチーム文化そのものでも、新しいレベルに挑戦し続ける原動力となっています。グレートベアーズの革新的でスピーディーかつ創造的なバレーボールスタイルは、人々の心を熱くし、みなさまと共に美しい瞬間を創り出せると確信しています。
最終的には、チームの最大の強みは「人」にあります。フロントスタッフやリーダー、スタッフ、選手、スポンサーのみなさま、そして何よりファンのみなさま――それが私たちの最大の強みです。こうして東京グレートベアーズを率い、スタッフと共にまた新たなシーズンを迎えられることを心から誇りに思います。素晴らしいショーをみなさまに満足いただける形でお届けできるよう、全力を尽くします！

Hello to all dear Lilbears, supporters and volleyball lovers in Japan and around the world!
I want to warmly welcome you to 4th season of Tokyo Greatbears!
We have steadily grown year by year inside the court and also as an organization and as a club. Not only ranking (8. –> 7. –> 5.) But also fans attendance and foundation of the club is getting stronger season by season.
During the process, there are always things to learn and we learnt many things during last season. We want to bounce back stronger than ever and improve not only our season ranking but also create even better volleyball show for the fans!
Our trademark already many years have been volleyball style which is fun to play and fun to watch. We want to keep it alive and be the most interesting team in Japan SV-League! We are Tokyo-based powerhouse and we want to offer ultimate volleyball experience. One part of it is winning as much as possible and also to experience life it’s fullest through volleyball. We want to share all emotions during our season with our fans and feel the highs and lows together.
We aim to be organization, club and team which is open to new ideas and that’s how we challenge ourselves to create new level not only on the volleyball court but also as a team culture. I’m sure Greatbears’ innovative, fast and creative volleyball style can warm people’s hearts and we can do something beautiful together.
At the end of the day, the real magic are the people. Our front staff and leaders, staff, players, sponsors, and most of all fans are the most important advantage that we have. I’m so proud of being able to coach Tokyo Greatbears with my staff into another season-long adventure! We will prepare amazing show and I’m sure you will not be disappointed. We will give our absolute best!!
