東京グレートベアーズに携わる株式会社ネイチャーラボをはじめとする、全ての方々に深く感謝いたします。この東京グレートベアーズで、私の監督としてのキャリアをスタートできたことをとても嬉しく思います。私のことを歓迎してくれるチームのおかげで、毎日体育館に行くことに幸せを感じています。
挑戦と発展をし続けるこのチームで、勝つ準備は常にできています。私たちの新しいバレーボールスタイルの確立と、楽しませるバレーボールで、観客のみなさまがワクワクするようなプレーを提供します。シーズンを通して1番成長できたと言えるチームを作っていきたいです。
古賀選手は、キャプテンを選ぶ上でこの人しかいない！と思いました。責任感と経験値、そしてコミュニケーション能力の高さを活かして、コートの外でも中でも活躍して欲しいです。
副キャプテンの戸嵜選手に関しては、チーム全体を気にかけられる優しい心の持ち主です。人と良い関係を築き、みんなに活力を与えてくれることを期待しています。
最後となりましたが、私たちのスローガンである#strengthtohumanity（人に強さを）、#breakthelimits（限界突破）で頑張っていきますので、ファンのみなさんも私たちと一緒に夢を掴みましょう！！
It is very meaningful to be in this organization, I am really appreciative to Nature Lab and any other people. I am really happy to start my first head coaching job in Tokyo Great Bears. I feel that this is the place I should be, and I come everyday to gym to feel happiness in this team. We work hard together our gamestyle, I hope at its best, it may inspire people and fans to do well in their lives also. We hope to build our community bigger and bigger, We believe gamestyle, leadership and team culture can be developed and we do it everyday. We believe in change and getting better. I hope we are the team that developes the most during the season.
The captain of Tokyo great bears Koga is obviously the leader who has a lot of experience, responsibility and communication skills. I want him to take advantage of these skills and be active on and off the court.
The second captain of this team Tozaki is a kind man who can take care of this team. He can build the good relationships and give us a lot of energy.
